HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR / COORDINATOR (REF: OS/HSA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Help Desk responsible for the maintenance of all IT and infrastructure related services
  • Assist users in sensitive related issues including password resets
  • Handle Help Desk ticketing system through daily/monthly report
  • Input problems and resolutions into standardized company support center application (KB)
  • Assist end-users through Email, Phone and Remote assistance
  • Handle routine Help Desk calls to ensure timely resolution as per Senior Management’s Service Level Agreement

Job Requirement:

  • F.6 (DSE) or above
  • 1-year IT helpdesk admin or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered as Junior Helpdesk Coordinator)
  • “CAN DO” attitude and fast learner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player required minimum supervision
